Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Grant, Luna and Hidalgo Counties is dedicated to walking alongside individuals experiencing homelessness/mental health challenges on their journey toward healing and stability. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on mental wellness, life skills, and community reintegration. Through structured group therapy, individual support, and trauma-informed services, we help clients address the root causes of their challenges, build resilience, and reclaim their independence. Every step we take is grounded in dignity, empathy, and the belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

In addition to our IOP, we offer a full spectrum of supportive services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) include Life Skills training that focuses on building daily living abilities, emotional regulation, and self-sufficiency. We integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals process trauma, manage mental health symptoms, and develop healthier thought patterns. We also offer Eye Movement Desesitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for individuals working through deep-rooted trauma and distressing life eperiences. EMDR helps clients reprocess painful memories in a safe and supportive environment, reducing their emotional impact and promoting healing. Our team also works closely with clients involved in the judicial system, offering structured support to meet court mandates, improve accountability, and promote long-term compliance. Every service we provide is designed to create lasting change and empower clients to rebuild their lives.
